When you purchase an item, we contact the seller and provide them with the address of our warehouse in Japan. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we weigh it and inform you of the exact weight and final shipping cost to Russia. You can consolidate multiple small lots into one package before shipping if requested.

Shipping Methods:

Goods are shipped by sea to our agent's warehouse in Vladivostok. There are two rates – "Express" and "Economy". To receive your package, you need to show a receipt with the shipment number (it can be shown on your phone) and a passport. If you cannot pick up the item in person in Vladivostok, we can arrange delivery by a transport company to any region of Russia.

Documents required for an individual based on 30 kg per person.
Document package: copy of the passport front + registration, TIN, vehicle registration certificate (both sides).

Goods are shipped with payment upon receipt according to the chosen transport company's rates.
A handling fee of 300.00 rubles is charged for processing the cargo in Vladivostok.
