This listing is for two authentic Louis Vuitton gift ribbon rolls received at the Louis Vuitton Shinjuku Takashimaya boutique in 2012. One was provided when I purchased a wallet, and the other when I purchased a bag from the Yayoi Kusama collaboration.
Both rolls remain unused and have been carefully stored ever since.

These ribbons were created for boutique gift wrapping rather than for retail sale. Most were intended to be used and were therefore seldom preserved. These two rolls, however, have remained unused and intact since 2012.
More than simply wrapping material, they are surviving pieces of the original collaboration’s visual history. Kusama’s iconic black dots against a vivid yellow background remain remarkably well preserved.
