ジョン・サイクス参加後行われた1983年フェアウェル・ツアーにおけるUKツアーからの初日のライブが音と映像にて堪能できるカップリングタイトル。このツアー初日となった1月26日ヒッチン公演の模様を、UK:BBC RADIO 1のSBDソースにて65分。さらに同日のライブ映像に加えボーナス的に、同年1月28日のTVプログラム「THE TUBE」も収録しており、他にも「Cold Sweat」のスタジオ・ライブとなる2つのログラムも追加されたトータル70分。ここではジョン・サイクス加入後初のライヴ演奏が観れるあたりも要チェック。
