Thank you for visiting my auction. I am selling a precious 1950s vintage watch from my personal collection.
■ Product Name ORIENT STAR DYNAMIC (11 Jewels)
■ Specifications * Production Year: Circa 19561957 (Early First Generation) * Model No.: K13032 (All Stainless Steel Case) * Movement: Mechanical Manual Winding (T-type Caliber / True Center Second) * Jewels: 11 Jewels * Case Diameter: Approx. 32mm (excluding crown) * Lug Width: Measured approx. 16.5mm * Band: Comes with an aftermarket black grained leather strap (16mm)
■ Highlights & Features * Ultra-Early Specifications: The case back features only the "OS mark" and the model number, which is unique to the earliest production models. The movement is the earliest T-type caliber before shock absorbers were introduced. * Beautiful Design: The original crown with the "S (Star)" engraving remains in beautiful condition. The elegant curve of the lugs and the dome acrylic crystal offer an exquisite vintage aesthetic that cannot be found in modern watches.
■ Condition & Movement * Overhauled twice (July 2019 and June 2024). The crystal has also been replaced with a clean new one. * Excellent Working Order: The movement is well-oiled, adjusted, and running very strongly ("Mecha Genki"). * Considering it is a nearly 70-year-old vintage watch, the dial, case, and movement maintain an extremely high-quality original condition. Please check the photos for detailed conditions.
■ Important Notes * Non-Waterproof: This is a vintage watch and has no water resistance. Please keep it away from water and moisture. * Anti-Magnetic: Please keep the watch away from magnetic fields (smartphones, PCs, magnets, etc.). * Non-Shock-Resistant: Because this is the earliest caliber, it does not have a shock protection system. Please handle it gently and avoid dropping or strong impacts. * This is a vintage pre-owned item. Please understand that there may be minor scratches, dirt, or slight deviations in accuracy due to its age. We look forward to bidding from someone who will cherish this historical timepiece. Thank you!
