English Description

This listing is for an original Apple II Series edition of BORDER ZONE, published by Infocom in 1987 and written by Marc Blank, co-creator of Zork and author of Deadline.

This copy has been stored for many years and still includes a large number of its original materials and game-related inserts.

Items visible in the photographs include:

* Original BORDER ZONE Apple II disk
* Instruction Manual
* Apple II Series Reference Card
* “I AM FROBNIA” Tourist Guide / Phrasebook
* Border / area map
* Riznik’s Antiques related item
* Frobnia National Railway related item
* Infocom 1987 Product Catalog
* Additional original printed materials

Infocom games are well known among collectors for their elaborate physical inserts and “feelies,” and many such materials are included with this copy.

Please carefully examine all photographs. Everything included in this sale is shown in the photos.

I cannot guarantee that every originally issued component is present.

The original disk is included; however, it has not been tested, as I currently do not have an Apple II system available for testing.

Due to the age of the magnetic media, no guarantee of operation can be provided.

The box shows some age-related wear, particularly around the edges and corners, but considering its age, it remains in relatively attractive condition with good color and presentation.

I am currently整理ing a collection of vintage Apple II / Amiga / Infocom computer software, and additional rare titles and vintage PC game materials may also be listed.

A very interesting piece for collectors of Infocom, Apple II, vintage computer games and Interactive Fiction.

Please purchase/bid only if you understand the age and condition of vintage computer software.
No returns or exchanges.
