    1995年8月、セダンのE320(W210型)発売。
    1995年11月、E320アバンギャルド追加。
    1996年10月、E400アバンギャルド追加。

    1996年11月、E230ステーションワゴン発売(S210型)
    1997年8月、直4エンジンをV6に変更しE230→E240に名称変更。直6エンジンもV6に変更。
    E320 4MATIC追加。
    E400セダン→E430セダンに変更。

    1998年8月、E430ステーションワゴン追加。
    1999年10月、マイナーチェンジ(後期モデル)
    2000年6月、E240を2.4L→2.6Lに排気量アップ(エンブレムの変更無し)
    2002年5月、販売終了。

    出品品は前期モデル対応用です。
